Summer holidays

If you decide to spend your summer holidays in the southern part of South Tyrol and you are climbing fans, you can find everything you need here, even if you aren´t on the Dolomites yet. The best- trained guests can take part into an itinerary starting from Magré (German: Margreid) (or Cortina- German Kurtinig-, it´s possible to leave from this mountain resort as well), leading to the Favogna mountain (Italian: Monte Favogna, German: Fennberg) till the Lago Favogna (German: Fennsee). You can enjoy a fantastic panorama from here, covering the whole South Tyrol southern portion, till Bolzano (German: Bozen, Ladin Bulsan) to the Catinaccio (German: Rosengarten, Ladin Ciadenac) mountain massif. The itinerary lasts 5 hours and has a 750 meters different in height. The guests willing to learn climbing can do so at Monticolo (German: Montiggl), during their summer holidays.
